Get the Debonair Look From Benjamin Moore

I scrounged around in the gray blues for quite a while, and the best Debonair dupe that I could find from Benjamin Moore was their shade Water’s Edge (also known as Van Courtland Blue).

Water’s Edge is a little bit darker than Debonair, and that is the only major difference on paper.

In real life the color does look very similar, but I would say that Van Courtland Blue/Water’s Edge is a little bit more shifty than Debonair. It moves fluidly from powder blue to teal a bit more often.

Dupe Debonair at Home Depot (Behr)

If you are heading to the big box store, you can still get a solid alternative to Debonair! From Home Depot, I recommend Behr Dusty Denim.

While it looks nearly identical, Dusty Denim is just a touch more boldly blue than Debonair. You might find it a bit less likely to look teal.

Best Valspar Version of Debonair (Lowe’s)

Over at Lowe’s, the best color match for Debonair is the shade Evening Eclipse.

Evening Eclipse is a little bit darker than Debonair, and on paper it leans a little more denim blue than teal. In real life it runs the same spectrum of undertones as Debonair.
